Schedule to plant your tulips in the fall, as the bulbs need to be put into soil in October. By choosing large groups of 50 – 60 – 70 – 80 or preferably 120 bulbs in one spot you will create visible and colorful effects. Who doesn’t appreciate this beautiful colors on the first warm days of spring!
Last year in October, I planted an additional 180 tulips in my garden.

It is worth paying attention to the flowering period. Some tulips bloom continuously for 3-4 weeks and some only for a week. Therefore, proper selection ensures flowering from the beginning of April to the end of May. You can schedule a tulip festival in your garden that will last for several weeks! Of course, the flowering period may vary depending on the local climate, and in warmer days the tulips will fade faster.
